VeVe, the leading platform for licensed digital collectibles, is proud to announce a new partnership with Ducobi, a pioneering designer toy studio based in South Korea. Known for its collectible RB (Rare Bear) figures and high-profile collaborations across Asia’s fashion and music scenes, Ducobi now brings its iconic creations to VeVe in digital form for the first time.

According to Ducobi, "...this partnership with VeVe provides significant momentum for the evolution of Ducobi’s Editorial Art. It will be the launchpad from which we elevate the collecting experience and spearhead collaborations and creations rarely seen within the Art Toy industry".

The partnership debuts with a tiger-themed series of Rare Bears. Each collectible is designed for display in VeVe’s immersive digital showrooms and is fully compatible with augmented reality (AR). From mythological guardians to pop culture tributes, this collection blends Ducobi’s artistic vision with VeVe’s globally connected collector experience.

“Ducobi represents the next evolution of the designer toy movement,” said David Yu, Co-Founder and CEO of VeVe. “Their Rare Bear platform has become an icon in both art and pop culture. We’re proud to welcome them to VeVe and offer collectors a chance to engage with their designs in new, immersive ways.”

A Platform for Global Collecting

VeVe is more than just a display platform—it’s a global marketplace where fans, collectors, and creators from around the world connect. With collectors in over 100 countries and officially licensed brands across comics, film, sports, and art, VeVe is building the future of collecting, one drop at a time.

Whether you’re discovering your first digital collectible or chasing your next grail, VeVe offers secure buying, selling, and collecting in one unified experience.

“This is more than just a digital designer toy,” said Dan Crothers, Co-Founder and COO of VeVe. “Our AR technology allows collectors to bring these characters into the real world. And with our marketplace, they can share, sell, or display them across a truly global community.”

Who Is Ducobi?

Founded in 2008, Ducobi is a multinational design collective with artists from Korea, Japan, and the U.S. Their flagship creation, the RB (Rare Bear), serves as a 3D canvas for collaborations with fashion houses, musicians, and artists. From their art installations on Seoul’s K-Star Road to galleries and collector shows across Asia, Ducobi has helped define the modern designer toy movement.

Inside the Drop: A Family of Tigers

The debut collection features seven RB tigers, each with its own visual language:

  • White Tiger – Guardian of the West in Korean folklore

  • D Beast – Street-inspired, technicolor wild child

  • Cereal Chiller – Mascot energy with a modern twist

  • Joseon Tiger, Wing Tiger, Sangun, Dharma Tiger – Representing spiritual, historical, and artistic themes from East Asian culture

All collectibles are available in limited digital editions and designed for VeVe’s showroom and AR environments.
